Real Estate Professionals - How to Order

After choosing to promote your clients property with Infitour, you will need to educate yourself with the process which follows:

1.  To order an Infitour for your listing you must first fill out an
     Infitour order form or contact an Infitour Associate at
     423-478-6490 or 1-866-578-6490

2.  After ordering, an Infitour Associate will schedule a time for
     an Infitour Video Engineer to shoot the promotional video. 
     All video shoots will be scheduled 48 hours in advance. 
      Please Note (If you should need to cancel for any reason,
      you must give Infitour no less than a 24 hour notice or a
      25.00 service charge will apply.)  Infitour may cancel for
      weather conditions with an one hour notice, or you will
      receive a 10% discount on your presentation.

3.  Promotional Shoots take approximately 45-60 mintues.

4.  Video shoots will begin with a short 10-15 second opening
     message from the Real Estate Professional.  (This is optional)
    
5.   It will take up to 10 business days for Infitour to process
      your property into a promotional DVD and web video -
      (see our money back guarantee)

6.   Delivery, Pickup, or Mailing of DVD's will be scheduled within
      48 hours of promotional release.  Web videos will be ready
      for linking on the same day of the scheduled pickup date.
