Can you place more than one of my listings on a dvd?
Real Estate Professionals who would like to have multiple listing on one DVD may request Infitour to do so, after you have purchased five or more Infitour presentations.

Can I place Infitour Promotional Videos on my own website?
We can't say it loud enough, YES! The reason we're here is to help you sell real estate, therefore we encourage you to post your video listings on all of your websites.


Can I place the video on my site without linking to Infitour?
Yes, we will work with you or your web host in anyway needed to place your listing on the web.

How does Infitour differ from other video services?
There are similar services in the marketplace. However we believe once you see our product you will be able to visualize the difference in our quality and professionalism

Does Infitour place a time limit on videos?
Unlike other services we do not place a time limit on the video of real estate. The square footage of the property will dictate the length of the video. Most homes under 2500 square feet will have a promotional video of 4 - 5 minutes. We at Infitour believe if a buyer is willing to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for your property, we (Infitour) and you (Real Estate Professional) should be willing to provide more than two minutes to showcase their potential purchase.

What happens if I obtain a listing that is already using Infitour?
No problem, we will simply link the listing to your website.  However if you would like DVD's with your name, photo and contact information there will be a $25.00 charge and a $3.99 charge per DVD.

How much time will it take to video a property?
Once an Infitour videographer arrives at your property the approximate time for the video and introduction shoot will be 45 - 60 minutes.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
All shoots must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel a shoot, you must do so with a 24 hour notice or you will be charged a $25 service fee.

Is Infitour a real estate company?
In no way is Infitour a real estate company.  Infitour is a third party company which provides a tool for promoting real estate.

Will these videos work on all computers?
Nearly all internet-connected computers (98%) are installed with a Flash Player. However, viewers need to make sure they have the latest version, Flash Player 9, which will enable them to easily view our online videos. If viewers do not have Flash Player 9, it is easy and FREE to download. Simply go to www.adobe.com and click on “Get Macromedia Flash Player.”

What if I run out of videos?
Additional videos may be purchased for $3.99 each.

I can't get other services to provide me with DVD's, why does Infitour offer them
You may not believe this but not everyone has access to the internet. The DVD's you receive with our package will not only play on computers, but also play on DVD players for televisions, portable DVD players, even the DVD players in automobiles. Do I get a discount for doing multiple listings?
Because we feel we have priced our services at such a low cost we are unable to provide discounts for multiple listings.

When do I pay for the promotional video presentation?
Before the DVD's are picked up or delivered and the tour is placed on the web.

What if I don't have a website or email address, but I want to have my properties online, how can Infitour help?
Any assistance needed for internet use including websites, emails and/or web hosting may be obtained through Infitour Web Assistance Program.
